Range of Programmable Logic Controllers

The Modular PLC PL500 is a PLC designed to be modular and flexible and still powerful. The PL500 has an option to be a web server with a virtual HMI. There are three different IO modules. Each module has a different combination of digital and analog input and outputs.
The EPL101 PLC is a circuit board OEM PLC. The EPL101 has 4 analog inputs, 7 digital inputs and 2 inputs for Encoders. It has 6 relay outputs, 5 that are rated for 5 Amps and 1 relay rated for 16 Amps. It also has an analog output 0-5 volts. The outputs can be simple on off or P, PI,PID or PD control. The EPL101 accepts inputs from K, S, T, R, J or E type thermocouples, Pt100, Ni100 RTD'S. NTC10K thermistor inputs. The EPL101 also accepts inputs from sensors with 4-20mA, 0-20mA, 0-20mV or 0-1V signal. It also has 6 digital PNP inputs up to 1 Hz and 2 NPN inputs up to 2 K Hz.
The Mini DIN Rail PLC PL110 is a PLC designed to mount on DIN Rail. The PL110 has a 0/4-20mA input, 0-10V input, two NTC 10K thermistor inputs, and two potentiometer inputs. 8 PNP digital inputs and 2 inputs for encoders. The PL110 has an analog output with PID control. It also has 8 relays with contact ratings up to 1 Amp and outputs with 2 Amp ratings. Using the MCM260 modules the analog and digital input and output can be expanded.
The PL250 is designed to accept thermocouple or mA/ voltage input and is mountable on DIN Rail. The PL250-11AD has 4 16 Bit thermocouple or RTD inputs. The PL250-10AD has 4 0-10V input or 2 0/4-20mA input. Both units have 16 Digital input (PNP) and are able to accept encoder inputs. The PL250 has two 0-10 V analog outputs with p, PI, PID control and 12 relays with 5 Amp contacts.
