The PL600 is a PLC that can operate as an MQTT client with added security incorporating encryption. The PLC600 is working on a Linux environment and has various other communication features such as HTML5 Web server, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP-IP, CANopen.
The PL600 is designed to be modular, flexible, and still powerful with features such as PID Autotuning for dedicated process control. It has five different programming languages, such as Structured text, Function blocks diagram, Ladder diagram, and Sequential Function chart (IEC61131-1).
The PL600 also has a virtual HMI mode graphical interface through the HTML5 Web Server and is set up with the LogicLAB software, free and downloadable from our website.
There are two different IO modules. Each module has a different combination of digital and analog inputs and outputs.
PLE500-6AD has 16 PNP digital IO, which can be either inputs or outputs. Four of the IO's can be high speed 50KHz encoder inputs. It has two 16 bit analog inputs that can be either 4-20mA or 0-10Vdc. The PLE500-6AD also has two 16 bit 4-20mA outputs.
PLE500-8AD has two digital outputs and one analog input, which can be a thermocouple, RTD, thermistor, 0-10V, 4-20mA, 0-60mV, potentiometer or a current transducer. The PLE500-8AD also has one analog output 16 bit 4-20mA.
