The Programmable Process Controller ATR621 is a panel mounted 73 x 73 mm multi cycle Process Controller. Each program can have up to 45 steps heating, cooling, and soaking. The ATR621 can store 15 different programs. It has digital input for door open interruptions, emergency or hold temperature function. The ATR621 has up to 3 relays, Voltage , current output as well as an option for Modbus RS485. The ATR621 accepts sensor inputs from K, J, S or R type thermocouples, Pt100 RTD's, Voltage and mA.
The ATR621 has two 4 digit displays, one for the process variable and the other for the set point.
The ATR621 is able to withstand environmental conditions up to IP54 with the optional gasket.
The ATR621 can be programmed with the front panel keypad or PC based software and multiple units can be cloned with the use of a memory card enabling high speed configuration. The PC based software can also be used to monitor several Temperature Controllers.
Desired control is maintained with PID and auto tuning.
