The DRR450 Multizone temperature controller is mounted on a solid state relay (SSR) and can measure and control temperature and current. The temperature can be controlled with high accuracy to ensure high-quality production. The multizone SSR mounted temperature controller is designed to fit onto a solid state relay heat sink. The DRR450 is designed to be used on plastic extrusion lines, injection moulding, hot runner lines and other heat control lines. It can be used with supervisory software.
The DRR450 accepts inputs from K, J, T, and E Type thermocouples. There is also a 50 Amp current transformer input. The DRR450 has on-off control with hysteresis, proportional control, proportional integral control, proportional integral, and derivative control. This control can be set up manually or with Autotuning.
